Second-generation iPhone to feature video conferencing?

Kevin Rose, the founder of the famous web site Digg.com, has made a video log of what he thinks the next iPhone will have. He says that apart from it being 3G capable, it will also include second camera in the front of the device (behind transparent touch screen glass)
He also claims that Apple has prevented multitasking in order to secure rights for their own applications like iChat, on which Apple is currently working now.

Combined front view camera with iChat will allow for video conferencing using new 3G network or Wi-Fi with iChat users on MAC or second-generation iPhone.

One also should not forget how Rose said prior to iPhone introduction last year that the device will feature slide-out keyboard, two separate battery compartments, and make it available for both CDMA and GSM networks. However, not everything he said turned out to be false.

What is your take on this?
